Få erfaring med opsætning og administration af Office 365 løsninger, herunder synkronisering af eksisterende brugere, planlægning, konfiguration og administration af core services, samt rapportering af key metrics.

Beskrivelse

På kurset lærer du at arbejde med Office 365 og alle tilhørende services. Kurset giver dig de færdigheder, du skal bruge, for at kunne administrere og vedligeholde en Office 365 løsning.

Kursusmaterialet og tilhørende øvelser baserer sig på Windows 11 i Office 365, men denne viden er også relevant for dig, som arbejder med Windows 10. Kurset fokuserer primært på features i Office 365, men er også relevant for organisationer, der har Microsoft 365 løsninger.

Der gennemgås helt fra bunden de elementer, der er centrale i forbindelse med opstarten af en Office 365 løsning. Hvordan håndterer man brugere, enten i en cloud-only løsning eller via en hybrid løsning, med brugere synkroniseret fra ens AD? Hvordan håndteres organisationens mail i Exchange Online, og hvordan planlægges og administeres filer i Onedrive og Sharepoint Online? Kurset indeholder også en solid gennemgang af samarbejdsværktøjet Microsoft Teams, og vi gennemgår basal problemløsning og support i Office 365. Endelig får du erfaring med implementering af security og compliance i Office 365.

Kurset tager udgangspunkt i features som er tilgængelige i Office 365 E3 licensen, som er de centrale features i Office 365 og Microsoft 365 plans.

    Managing Users and Groups in Office 365

    After setting up your Office 365 tenant, the next stage is to give access to users. In this module, you will learn how to create, manage and license users in Office 365, via PowerShell and using synchronization with on-premises directory services. This module also introduces the different types of groups available in Office 365 and how they are used. You will then learn how to manage administrative access using Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

    This module looks at the tools and client applications you can use to connect to Office 365. You will learn about the options for configuring and deploying the Apps for Microsoft 365 (previously known as Microsoft Office/Office 365 Pro Plus) across web, Windows, Mac OSX and mobile platforms

    Planning and Managing Exchange Online

    In this module, you will learn to create and manage mailboxes including shared group and resource mailboxes as well as distribution lists. You will then learn about Exchange Online permissions which offer more granular control of Exchange Online Administration than the Office 365 Administration roles. This module also considers Mail Flow rules and email protection including anti-spam and anti-malware.
