On all courses at SuperUsers, both in-person and virtual
Rescheduling your course is always free at SuperUsers - in all modesty, we believe we have the most attractive terms in the entire industry.
This is possible because we offer many course dates that are guaranteed to run. So there is always a next date that is guaranteed to run for you to move to.
For catering and room setup reasons, however, we ask that you let us know as early as possible.
If you want to cancel your course entirely, we always offer to let you keep the course days as credit.
This way, you make sure that the course budget you have had approved can be used by you or a colleague for courses at SuperUsers in the future.
Alternatively, the following applies:
If you cancel 4 weeks or less before the course, a fee of 50% of the course price is charged.
If you cancel 2 weeks or less before the course, the full amount is charged.
Unable to attend
If for any reason you are unable to attend, you are of course always welcome to send a colleague or keep the course days as credit.
Just let us know by phone at +45 48 28 07 06 or by e-mail at super@superusers.dk
Price/invoice
The price includes participation, course materials, taxi service, parking and catering during the course, incl. breakfast, lunch and refreshments during breaks. Prices are excl. VAT.
When you register for courses or order certification bundles, course vouchers and special courses, an invoice is sent with payment terms of net 30 days, but always due no later than the first course day. The invoice is sent separately from the confirmation.
Discount
SuperUsers offers various discount options. On selected courses, you may be able to get a discount when several people from the same company register at the same time.
Call us at +45 48 28 07 06 to hear about favorable discount options. As a rule, discounts cannot be combined.
Exam
If you purchase an exam with your course or get an exam included in a certification bundle, the exam is taken separately from your course.
We therefore do not recommend taking the exam on the last course day.

If you need more detailed information about the technical content of the courses, feel free to contact our technical advisors at super@superusers.dk or by phone at +45 48 28 07 06.
