Operations tasks
Windows & UNIX/Linux configuration and operations consultants
SuperUsers has a number of employees on assignment who ensure the day-to-day operation of Windows and UNIX/Linux installations across Europe. We are happy to share our knowledge and experience in operations, configuration, troubleshooting and optimization.

OUR CONSULTANTS' AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Over the years, SuperUsers a/s has worked as IT operations consultants for many companies.
We have experience and expertise with large, heterogeneous TCP/IP-based networks consisting of both UNIX/Linux and MS Windows.
Our developers are ready to take on your specific task. We have experience with the languages Python, R, C/C++, Java/JavaScript and, of course, the Microsoft technologies C# & .NET, etc.
Our developers and consultants have a broad overview gained from courses and teaching, and they also have hands-on experience from the many operations and development projects we have carried out over the years.

Poul Jørgensen
Poul holds a master's degree in engineering and has many years of experience as a consultant and instructor in databases, data processing, and data visualization.
SQL, Power BI, DAX, and PowerShell are among Poul's core areas of expertise. Poul also enjoys long runs, geography trivia, and a good cognac or whisky.
Camilla Gaardsted
Camilla has a background in mathematics and many years of experience as a systems developer/consultant, including in Python, PowerShell, SQL and Business Intelligence.
She has a playful approach to the world and enjoys building with Lego and playing board games with family and friends. Soccer, water sports and hiking are also high on her list.
Michael Williams
Williams is the man at SuperUsers with the most certifications! He has many years of experience as an instructor and consultant, and these days he is especially focused on cloud and cybersecurity.
He is a true food connoisseur who really knows how to enjoy life, and he explains things in an engaging, nuanced and hands-on way.
Eric Mosegaard
Eric has been with SuperUsers longer than any other employee. Among many other things, Eric specializes in Python, Data Science and Machine Learning.
When we run into tasks in the "completely unsolvable" category, it is Eric's vast experience and tireless energy that solve them.
Lars Birtø
Birtø, a.k.a. Mr. Database, is an instructor and consultant specializing in SQL, Power BI and SQL Server, among other areas. His teaching approach starts with the why, then the how – much to the delight of his participants.
Birtø loves classical music, is a skilled tea connoisseur, and is now a happy amateur trying to learn the game of bridge.
Experience and in-house environment
SuperUsers a/s takes part in a number of larger Internet/intranet application projects. This has given us extensive experience developing applications based on both Java and Microsoft’s related technologies (.NET etc.). We build complete websites with underlying functionality, including database access and the like. We also often configure and troubleshoot Internet servers of various types.
SuperUsers a/s has many years of experience with UNIX/Linux and knows almost every variant of the UNIX/Linux operating systems, in both operations and development. We work with most UNIX/Linux vendors and take pride in knowing them all. That is why we have a highly heterogeneous in-house environment, including PCs, workstations, minicomputers and superminicomputers from more than 25 vendors.
SuperUsers a/s has worked with the Windows family since the earliest versions. When NT first saw the light of day in 1992, we were there. Today we have extensive experience operating, configuring and supporting Windows- and BackOffice-based networks. We have integrated UNIX/Linux and Windows for many Danish companies.
