Description
This course is for IT staff, administrators, consultants and decision-makers who want a practical, business-relevant introduction to Microsoft 365. You'll learn the core services and administration options in Microsoft 365 and gain insight into the AI features that are increasingly part of the modern workplace.
The course gives you an overview of the core areas of Microsoft 365, including identity, security, data protection, compliance and the administration of core services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
As part of the course, you'll also be introduced to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agents. You'll learn the basic concepts behind AI in Microsoft 365, the difference between Copilot and agents, and the key considerations around licensing, governance, security and adoption.
The course is designed for beginners and new administrators who want a solid foundation in Microsoft 365, either as preparation for Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (AB-900) or as a starting point for further work with Microsoft 365 administration, security and AI solutions.
After the course, you'll be able to, among other things:
