Description
In this advanced course, you will learn to plan, design, and manage AI-powered business solutions that use agents, copilots, and generative AI to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance employee and customer experiences.
The course is particularly relevant for solution architects, enterprise architects, senior consultants, technical leads, and AI and digital transformation leads who work with Microsoft business applications, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI Services.
You will focus on architecture rather than configuration alone: How do you determine whether to build, buy, or extend an AI solution? How do you design agents that fit business processes? How do you ensure governance, compliance, security, testing, ALM, and continuous optimization?
After the course, you will be able to:
