Description
ChatGPT can do far more than answer questions and write text. It has become a versatile work tool for research, analysis, documents, data, idea generation and multi-step tasks. In this course, you learn to choose the right way of working for each task and to use ChatGPT more systematically in your daily work.
We start with the basics. You learn how to give ChatGPT the context it needs, write clear instructions and describe the result you want. You work iteratively with the responses and learn to judge when a simple prompt is enough and when a task needs more context, reference information or multiple steps.
From there, we work hands-on with real work tasks. You use ChatGPT to write and edit text, analyze documents and spreadsheets, work with images and structure information. You also learn to use Search for current information needs and Deep Research for larger research tasks where information from multiple sources must be investigated, compared and documented.
We also look at how ChatGPT can support longer, more connected work processes. With Projects, you can gather conversations, files and instructions around a specific task or area of work. You are also introduced to Work and scheduled tasks, where ChatGPT can take a delegated task further on its own or carry out recurring tasks.
Throughout the course, we focus on quality and responsible use. You learn to think critically about AI-generated responses, check sources and facts, and assess which data you should share with ChatGPT. We also cover hallucinations, personal data, confidential information, copyright and prompt injection.
After the course, you can:
- Write effective prompts with relevant context, instructions and desired output
- Use ChatGPT for writing, analysis, idea generation, planning and problem solving
- Analyze and compare documents, spreadsheets and other files
- Use Search and Deep Research to find information and do research with sources
- Organize longer-running work with Projects
- Build repeatable workflows and use scheduled tasks where it makes sense
- Quality-check AI-generated results and identify typical errors
- Use ChatGPT with attention to data security, confidentiality and responsible use
The course is relevant if you want to use ChatGPT more effectively in your work. It requires no previous experience and is aimed broadly at employees in areas such as administration, project management, communications, marketing, HR, finance, teaching, customer service and IT.

It's calm and quiet at SuperUsers' country venue. Good atmosphere and catering. Some thought has gone into healthy eating when it comes to food and cake, so it doesn't get completely out of hand.
