Description
AI has moved from the experimental stage to the strategic agenda, and decisions about where and how to use the technology now sit at the executive and leadership level. That raises new demands: you need to separate hype from real use cases, understand what drives costs and risks, and ask the right questions of both vendors and your own technical team.
The course gives you a complete overview of Microsoft's AI portfolio, from generative AI fundamentals through Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI to responsible AI and scaling across the organization. The course is not technical in the sense that you need to code or configure anything. The focus is on the strategic and business decisions: where Copilot fits into existing processes, when prebuilt Azure AI services are enough, when to consider foundation models or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and which licensing and cost model matches your needs.
A significant part of the course covers responsible AI and governance. You work with Microsoft's principles for responsible AI and how they translate into concrete policies, processes and controls in your own organization. This also covers data and security considerations, grounding AI in reliable data sources, and how to avoid the typical pitfalls when AI solutions scale from pilot to production.
Finally, the course looks at leading the transformation itself: how to anchor the AI strategy in the business strategy, how to assign roles and responsibilities, and how to equip leaders, subject matter experts and end users to use AI on their own. You get both the expertise and a strategic framework to lead AI adoption beyond the first proofs of concept.
After the course, you can:

It's calm and quiet at SuperUsers' country venue. Good atmosphere and catering. Some thought has gone into healthy eating when it comes to food and cake, so it doesn't get completely out of hand.
