About certification
At SuperUsers, you can take an exam in almost any IT area you can think of to earn a certification.
You can take exams from Pearson VUE and SuperUsers at both of our locations, in Hillerød and near Aarhus.
Why get certified?
Certification is documented proof of competence that benefits both the organization and the employee.

As a manager, you can make sure that the employee has the knowledge and skills needed to perform a given job function. Being able to offer attractive training is also a motivating factor that managers can actively use.

Which exams can you take?
SuperUsers Exams
Over the years, SuperUsers has developed exams (with accompanying courses and certifications) in a wide range of areas, for example:
- Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Python, R...
- Data: SQL, T-SQL, Power BI...
- Operating systems and networking: TCP/IP, Linux/UNIX, Windows Server, PowerShell...
All SuperUsers certifications are completed in person at our test center in Hillerød or Aarhus, and are in Danish.
Pearson VUE
VUE is one of the largest exam providers in the world, and SuperUsers a/s is an authorized VUE Test Center.
This means you can take all VUE exams at the SuperUsers Test Center. VUE offers the official exams for Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA and others.
Certification documents your skills: it is an approval or authorization to perform a service. An independent body verifies that the requirements are met, and a certificate is issued as documentation.
You can choose whether to take exams online through OnVUE or in person at one of our test centers. If you take the exam online, SuperUsers has no role in the actual exam administration beyond providing the exam voucher.

Email us at support@superusers.dk to arrange when you would like to take your exam at Karlebogaard near Hillerød or at Kampehøjgaard near Aarhus.

Canceling a booked exam
Cancellations must be sent by email to support@superusers.dk at least two days before the exam, as the booking is binding after that.

How an exam works
When should you take an exam?
It is neither possible nor a good idea to take an exam on the last day of your course. We always recommend waiting a few weeks and making time to work with the technology and what you learned in the course.
Where do you take an exam?
Exams are taken at SuperUsers in our test room, although VUE exams can also be taken online.
Security at check-in
Exams have strict security. You must therefore first sign in with your signature and show identification in the form of a valid passport or driver's license, along with a signed Visa/Dankort or Mastercard.
How long does an exam take?
After check-in, your exam will be started. Most exams contain between 40 and 90 questions. They last between 60 and 300 minutes.
Exam types
Some exams are adaptive – this means that you cannot go back in the test and change an answer. We cannot tell in advance whether the test is adaptive or traditional, but the content and difficulty of the questions are the same.
The exam room
Our exam room seats three people and is monitored. We can also hold exams for an entire group of employees together in our individual classrooms. Talking during the exam is not allowed, and inappropriate behavior will result in removal. Mobile phones and similar devices must be handed in during the test.
